    2. Your access has not been suspended for any reason, such as performance issues or non-compliance with required documentation;
    3. At least one shift has been completed within the last six months.
  3. Should your account become inactive, access to the scheme will be blocked and you will not be able to redeem your points. If your account is not reactivated, it will be archived. You should contact us if your account is made inactive and you are not aware of how to rectify this.
  4. By working with Off to Work, you will be automatically enrolled into the Panache Points scheme.
  5. Off to Work retain the right to cancel, withdraw or alter the scheme or the number of points awarded at any time, including these terms and conditions or any individual Off to Work account that is enrolled into the Panache Points scheme.
  6. Changes to the scheme (such as value of points, changes to methods for earning or redeeming points or new methods for redeeming points) will be communicated via our staff news portal and social media channels. Though we will endeavour to give at least two weeks notice of changes this may not always be possible.
  7. Full details of how points are awarded can be found in the Off to Work portal after logging on and on our website at www.offtowork.co.uk.
  8. Panache Points are the property of Off to Work until redeemed.
  9. If your worker account with Off to Work is archived for any reason, whether through your request or not, unredeemed Panache Points will be lost and cannot be restored, even if you later re-join as a worker.
  10. Off to Work is entitled to remove points at any time where points have been incorrectly issued or awarded in error. For instance, where points are awarded for worked hours and it is retrospectively found that the hours weren’t worked.
  11. Points have no value until converted into rewards in the Online Rewards platform. The current conversion value of points is one point equals one penny.
  12. Off to Work has no obligation to award Panache Points for any reason outside of the qualifying points triggers.
  13. From time to time, we may offer Panache Points as incentives or prizes outside of the established scheme. These will be well advertised through our contact and social media channels and all active workers will be eligible to participate.
  14. No Panache Points will be awarded for retrospective achievements, even if those actions would have been eligible prior to the launch of the scheme and/or the earning process.
  15. Panache Points can only be redeemed through the scheme’s chosen partner, Online Rewards. You may access the platform only via the Off to Work worker portal.
  16. Your Panache Points statement can be found in both your Off to Work and Online Rewards portal whenever you log in.
  17. Panache Points members can choose to leave the scheme at any time. By leaving the scheme members forfeit the right to any points already accrued or issued. To leave the scheme, please inform admin@offtowork.co.uk
