Off to Workers earn points for every hour they work, and can also get more points by completing certain actions, such as attending an upskill session and then using that skill for a set number of shifts.

Points can be redeemed for over 7,000 rewards including digital and physical gift cards, health and personal care items, sports and outdoor equipment, electronic items, and many more categories.

Off to Work team members will earn points for every hour that they work.

You'll also be able to pick up more points for specific actions.

We're adding new point triggers all the time, so please check out the How It Works section for the full current list.

Our system is set up so that points will be automatically added to your balance when you work shifts or complete the other actions which earn points.

Meaning that: you don't have to do a thing, just log in to see the points going up, up, up!

If we ever introduce a new points trigger which requires you to let us know when you've completed an action, we'll make this clear and let you know via email and the staff alerts section in the OTW team member portal.

Off to Workers earn 2 points for every hour you work.

You'll also pick up bonus points for shift milestones including 20, 50, 100, 250, 500, and 1,000 shifts worked.

Your Panache Points balance will be visible when you log into the Off to Work team member portal.

You'll also receive a notification email each time you receive bonus points for completing actions like attending an upskill class or hitting a shift milestone.

You can redeem your Panache Points for a range of rewards via the OTW team member portal.

Simply click where it says "Panache Points" and you'll be taken to an online store where you can view all the current reward options.

Please note: this currently only works via web browser. If you're using our app, first of all congratulations, it's the best way to book work. We'll hopefully be adding Panache Points to the app soon, but for now use the same login details for the web version of the portal.

Off to Work team members can redeem points for a wide range of rewards including fashion accessories from brands like Swarovski and Hugo Boss, physical and digital gift cards for over 1,000 retailers including Amazon, John Lewis, Sainsbury's, and Asda, sports and outdoor items such as footballs, camping gear, and bicycles, health and personal care items from brands like Jo Malone and Estee Lauder, electronics including SONOS smart speakers and the latest iPhone model, books, toys, and video games for all ages, gourmet food including luxury food hampers, wine, and snacks, home and garden items like premium kitchenware and bedding, and much more. There are over 7,000 rewards to choose from.

There are no restrictions or limitations on how you redeem your points, apart from the fact that points can only be redeemed on our rewards store which is accessed via the OTW team member portal.

There is no expiration date for points, but as they can only be accessed via your OTW team member portal, if you close your account with us your points balance will reset to zero.

Points are added to your balance instantaneously when you complete a trigger action.

In the case of points allocated for hours worked, shift milestones, and working a shift with a certain skill after attending an upskill session, these will be added when the client approves your timesheet, which can be up to a week after you work the shift.

As Panache Points are earned by your hard work, it's only right that only you can redeem the points.

However, you can use points to get gift cards and other items which could be given as gifts.

If your Off to Work account is closed, your Panache Points balance will be reset to zero.

If you rejoin us in the future, you will be able to start earning new Panache Points from that point onwards.
