This page is dedicated to all the frequently asked questions we receive and will be updated regularly as we move out of lockdown

These FAQs mostly relate to our casual team. If you are a current client or looking to utilise our services for the first time our contact us page has details of our local branches.

Yes!

We are recruiting for a wide range of events across the Summer.

We are currently looking for staff at all levels

  • Pay rates for entry level roles (waiting, kitchen porter, bartender) starting from £9.37/hr (£8.36 + holiday pay) and up to £12/hr (£10.71 + holiday pay) depending on the client
  • Weekly pay
  • Annual staff awards
  • Unlimited friend referrals incentive scheme, earn extra £££ to work with your pals!
  • Fantastic progression opportunities to further your career

If you are new to Off to Work you can apply for roles here.

You must be over 18 and have proof of right to work in the UK. Off to Work have a legitimate interest in collecting, processing and storing certain data during the recruitment process. You have the right to withdraw any or all data we have collected from you at any time. Please contact us for a full list of data we collect from you.

Of course you can!

Working with mates is always more fun, and we'll even throw in a cheeky bonus if your friend completes 10 shifts.

How it works:

Send your friend referrals to recruitment@offtowork.co.uk.

Our recruitment team will then call your friend and start their assessment process.

Remember to tell your mate to mention in their phone call that you referred them otherwise you won't be eligible for the scheme!

Once your referral has passed their assessment and completed their first 10 shifts you get £20 - simple!

There is no limit to the number of people you can refer. So if you referred your five housemates and they all do 10 shifts, you'd be in line for £100!

We'll need an email address for anyone you refer - please make sure you have their permission to share. A phone number is always helpful as well, and speeds up the process of getting your mate booked, and getting you paid!

As we continue out of lockdown we are seeing an increased demand for shifts, though these continue to be quite last minute (and often reliant on good weather!)

All active shifts will be added to the Off to Work staff portal for team members to apply to. When shifts are filled they will be taken down so you have an accurate view of what is available.

For our larger Summer events like the Euros 2021, Silverstone F1 Grand Prix & The Open Golf Championship we will continue to post details on the News Alerts page. To view this simply login to your Off to Work team member account on the website or app.
