We're committed to upskilling 600 hospitality professionals in 2023.
Our training sessions have been developed over two decades, drawing upon our extensive experience in hospitality and event operations.
So far this year, we’ve provided upskill training to 291 team members at our Training Academies and these include:
- 79 Event Bartenders
- 46 Team Leaders
- 49 Wine waiters
As part of our commitment to giving back, we reserve two spaces at each session for clients and hospitality operators to send their team members for additional training.

*This Offer is open to hospitality operators who are either running a venue or an events company ("Operators"). Individuals working in the hospitality sector or seeking employment in the hospitality sector ("Individuals") may also be considered for participation in the Offer, subject to availability, but may be required to apply for one of our casual roles first. Participation in the Offer by Individuals or Operators is subject to the availability of sessions. The Organiser does not guarantee that a session will be available for all Individuals or Operators, and participation is solely at the discretion of the Organiser.
